Ephrata Police cited Gary Burkholder M/66 of Akron, PA following an accident involving a school student transport van.      

Ephrata Police responded around 6:45am 10-10-19 for the accident at Pointview Ave and Parkview Hgts Ave where it was determined that Burkholder, who was not injured, pulled onto the roadway into the path of a school student transport van in route to school.    The school van contained several students and a driver who were not injured.    Burkholder's truck needed to be towed from the scene.  

Burkholder will be cited for failing to yield right of way.
