Ephrata Police responded to a two vehicle crash in the 1200 block of Pleasant View Road, Ephrata Township Thursday 11-12-20 around 7:10pm.   

Ephrata Police determined a vehicle driven west bound on Pleasant View Road by a 16yr old Ephrata male apparently drifted into the oncoming lane and struck the front driver's side of a vehicle driven by Kiley Pannebecker, F/22 of Denver.   Pannebecker's vehicle was immediately disabled however the 16yr old's vehicle continued another 100 yards west where it went off the roadway and into a fence row of a nearby farm field.   No injuries were reported, the roadway was shut for about an hour and both vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.   The 16yr old Ephrata male will be cited for distracted driving and failure to maintain his lane.
