Ephrata Police responded to the intersection of South State St and King St Friday 03-26-21 at 7:15pm for report of a vehicle accident with injuries.  

Investigation found that a Mazda vehicle driven by 16yr old Ephrata male reportedly pulled into the path of vehicle being driven north on S. State St by Matthew Donley M/63 of Ephrata. 

A 16yr old female passenger in the Mazda sustained minor injuries and was treated by Ambulance personnel from Rothsville Ambulance and released at the scene to parents.  

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.   16yr old Ephrata male will be cited for a stop sign violation for failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
