On February 2, 2023, members of the Ephrata Police Department and Detectives from the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office served a search warrant at 39 Gross St. in Ephrata Borough. Police located three cell phones and one laptop computer which contained a combined 386 images of child pornography. As a result, the Ephrata Police Department charged Adrian Brennan, 22, of Ephrata with three felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography and four felony counts of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. Charges were filed on February 15, 2023 and Brennan was released on $30,000 unsecured bail. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
