Ephrata Police recently charged Robert E. Boddy, 43, of Lancaster, with Theft by Unlawful Taking for stealing a tip jar from the counter at Auntie Anne’s, 890 East Main Street, Ephrata Township on September 20, 2021.  Police received multiple tips on the identity of Boddy after posting surveillance photographs on Ephrata Police Department’s Crimewatch and social media sites.   Boddy is presumed innocent.
