Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health and WellSpan Health are working together on the 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment for Lancaster County. This report will identify Lancaster's top health concerns as well as our community's strengths and resources. It will help set health priorities and guide our future programs and services to improve your health.

We are asking for your help to better understand your health needs and priorities. Your answers are anonymous. We will combine your answers with others from the community to help create a summary report. This report will be available to the public in Spring 2022.
