On Saturday, October 28, 2017, from 10am to 2pm, the East Cocalico Police Department, in coordination with the DEA, will host a Drug Take Back Day at the East Cocalico Police Department. The event focuses on removing potentially dangerous controlled substances from our nation’s medicine cabinets.

The East Cocalico Township Police Department in collaboration with the District Attorney's Office, will be providing free, Locking Medicine Cases to citizens of East Cocalico Township and Denver Borough. The cases allow people to safeguard their prescription medicines and help stop prescription drug abuse. There are a limited supply of cases. They may be picked up in person at the East Cocalico Township Police Department or the Denver Borough Municipal Office.
Over the past several weeks the East Cocalico Township Police Department has received numerous reports from citizens receiving phone calls from individuals attempting to defraud them of money. Some of the more popular scams include the following:
