WEST EARL TOWNSHIP – The West Earl Township Police Department is proud to announce that Sergeant Jordan Byrnes has successfully completed the prestigious FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) Leadership Certification Program, an advanced professional development program designed to prepare law enforcement leaders for the highest levels of responsibility. Sgt. Byrnes completed the program during a two-week session hosted by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department in Lititz.
The FBINAA Leadership Certification Program consists of a series of nationally recognized courses focused on leadership growth and organizational development. Sgt. Byrnes’ training included the following:
Leadership Foundations for Law Enforcement – From Self-Mastery to Team Success
Leadership Culture for Law Enforcement – Cultivating Organizational Excellence
Officer Resiliency, Safety & Wellness Leadership Forum
Completion of this program is a significant achievement in law enforcement leadership, equipping participants with advanced tools and strategies to effectively guide officers, units, and agencies in today’s complex policing environment.
