In October of 2023, the West Earl Township Police Department received its initial accreditation from the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. Our agency is one of only 174 departments in the Commonwealth that is Accredited by the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission, and one of only 9 departments in Lancaster County. The accreditation process ensures that the West Earl Township Police Department continues to provide the highest level of professional police service to our community.
