A seventeen year old Ephrata boy was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Underage Drinking, and Careless driving, after he was observed driving erratically on Route 222 North near the Route 772 interchange on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at 12:16 A.M.   Subsequent testing revealed the alcohol concentration in the subjects blood was 0.12%. An allegation was filed with Lancaster County Juvenile Probation for the alleged offenses.
