ARRESTS 

Public Drunkenness, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 12:01 a.m., Tracker N. Thomas, 26, of Red Lion, PA was charged with Public Drunkenness after the defendant appeared in a public place under the influence of alcohol.  He was intoxicated to the point that he could not walk or stand without assistance and was vomiting on public and private property.

Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 12:01 a.m., Giuseppe A. Mazzola, 28, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct after the defendant appeared in public under the influence of alcohol.  He was a danger to himself and others, cursing in public and engaging in fighting and violent behavior.

Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 12:01 a.m., Alex E. Hernandez, 25, of Lititz, PA, was charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct after he appeared in a public place under the influence of alcohol.  The defendant created public annoyance and alarm and engaged in fighting and violent behavior with a friend while trying to get into vehicle after drinking alcohol.

Public Drunkenness, Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 1:43 a.m., Joshua D. Murphy, 36, of Marietta, PA, was charged with Public Drunkenness after the defendant appeared in a public place while intoxicated.  He could not stand and was yelling obscenities.
