Any person wishing to solicit in Mount Joy Borough, must obtain a Solicitor’s License from the Mount Joy Borough Police Department between the hours of 7am and 4pm Monday through Friday.  The initial application fee is $50.00.  If approved, the license is valid for a thirty (30) day period.  Solicitation is permitted Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm.  License must be displayed while soliciting.
