Edward Cintron, age 56, of Mount Joy, PA, is charged with Counterfeit Documents after the officer was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in Mount Joy Borough.  Upon verifying the vehicle's co-ownership, it was determined that the vehicle had fraudulent inspection and emissions stickers displayed on the windshield.  The defendant was unable to provide information on the identity of the inspection station to the officer.
