Incident Summary

On August 30, 2025, at around 3:00 pm, the Lancaster Township Police Department responded to a report of retail theft at Weis Market, situated in the 1200 block of Millersville Pike in Lancaster Township. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Anita Juslina Vasquez and Angel Vasquez-Vasquez attempted to steal over $180 worth of merchandise but were intercepted by Loss Prevention investigators as they tried to exit the store. Both individuals were taken into custody and charged with one count each of Retail Theft (M1). A Preliminary Hearing in this matter will be held before the Honorable Mari Mongiovi-Sponaugle of Magisterial District Court 02-2-03 in Lancaster, PA.
