Lt. Arthur White, Millersville University Police and coordinator for the Lancaster County Detachment Marine Corps League Toys for Tot's program, recognized the East Cocalico Police Department for their efforts collecting donations for this important program.  We thank the local businesses and citizens that worked together to make Christmas a little brighter for children throughout the county.
