On August 26, 2015 at approximately 1038 hours, East Cocalico Township Police observed Kevin Friesema, 21 years of age of Gentleness Drive, Ephrata, operating his vehicle with an expired inspection sticker.  It was later determined Friesema had a suspended driver's license and an active warrant for a previous Driving Under Suspension charge.  Friesema was taken into custody and taken before MDJ Nancy Hamill.
