On August 7, 2015 at approximately 7:30 AM, police cited Emil J. Weil, 33 years of age, Quakertown, PA, with Public Drunkenness after he was observed in an intoxicated state while crossing Colonel Howard Boulevard in East Cocalico Township. Weil was transported to the police station and released to his mother.
