To be seen, or not to be seen, that is the question!

To take some liberties with a famous Shakespearean phase.

Turn on your headlights in the rain!  It’s the difference between being seen or not being seen!

The Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (Title 75) requires drivers to have their lights on when their windshield wipers are on due to rain. Motor vehicle crashes are one of the leading non-health related causes of death in Pennsylvania. Having your lights on greatly increases your visibility to other motorist and therefore can help reduce the risk of driving in inclement weather. Drive safe, arrive alive!
