On 19 August 2023, at approximately 2:45 PM, an Officer with the Quarryville Police Department was on patrol in the area of South Lime Street (Route 472) and East State Street (Route 372) when they observed a vehicle with an equipment violation. The Officer conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and identified the driver as David Bobo, of Chester City, PA. During the vehicle stop, the Officer found Bobo to be in possession of a controlled substance and related paraphernalia. The Officer also determined Bobo had a suspended driver's license. Charges against Bobo were subsequently filed at District Court 02-3-04.
