On August 18, 2015 at 2200 hrs NHPD Officers made a traffic stop at Holland Rd & Nolt Rd in EARL TWP.  During the stop Officers identified the passenger as Tanya Fischer, age 35 of New Holland.  Fischer was found to have an active bench warrant for theft from Chester County.  Fischer was taken in to custody and turned over to Constables from Chester County.
