On October 14, 2015 charges of Access Device Fraud were filed against Kirsten L Tyson, age 21 Sunbury PA.  Tyson allegedly used a family members credit/debit card to purchase $363.42 worth of items she was not authorized to purchase.  Items included purchasing a pizza from Dominos and two cash advances from Western Union.

NHPD found Tyson had numerous warrants for her arrest from other agencies.  NHPD contacted Lycoming County Adult Probation who had a warrant for Tyson and arrested her today at her residence at 141 Packer St in Sunbury PA.
