On October 15, 2015 charges of Disorderly Conduct and Driving Under Suspension are being filed against Shawn M Eller, age 31 (unknown address) after he was involved in an altercation on October 12, 2015 at the intersection of E Jackson St & S Railroad Ave. 

On October 12, 2015 the landlord of 245 S Railroad Ave (NH BORO) was checking on the property when Eller engaged the landlord because he was upset she had come to check on the tenant there.  Eller used obscene language toward the landlord and when the landlord was attempting to use her cell phone, Eller grabbed the phone and attempted to prevent the landlord from calling the police.  Eller then entered his vehicle and was left the area.  The landlord called NHPD after the incident.  The landlord reported Eller was visiting the tenant and does not reside on the property.
