On July 1, 2015 at 1030 hrs NHPD responded to 88 Diller Ave in New Holland Borough to assist Lancaster County Juvenile Probation.  Upon arrival NHPD was advised Lancaster County Juvenile Probation Officer had come to to the residence to check on a juvenile on probation.  The probation officer and parents discovered the juvenile was in possession of K2 synthetic marihuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sgt Willwerth will be filing charges of posssession of drug paraphernalia and K 2 marihuana.

The juvenile will be petitioned to Lancaster County Juvenile court
