On August 17, 2018 at approximately 12:44am NHPD Officers stopped a vehicle in the 600 Block of West Main Street (Earl Township) for a window tint violation.  The driver of the vehicle provided Officers with false information relating to her identity.  Officers later discovered that the driver was Kathryn McFarland (age 28 of New Holland).  After obtaining her real information she was found to have multiple warrants and a suspended driver's license.  McFarland was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.  The above charges were filed before MDJ Jonathan Heisse.  McFarland was transported to Lancaster County Prison due to the warrants.

McFarland is presumed innocent.
