The Millersville Borough Police Department charged MILOVANOVIC, ZORAN M of Lancaster with DUI and (2) traffic offenses after he caused a no injury accident on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.  Upon arrival, police found Milovanovic had crossed the center lane after attempting to make a right-hand turn and hit another vehicle head on causing minor damage to both vehicles.  Milovanovic was observed stumbling at the scene of the accident and had slurred speech when speaking with Officers.
