Victim was able to show a tracking confirmation that USPS delivered the package to the APT on 17 July 2019 at about 1822 hours. Victim did not realize the package was missing until 18 July 2019.

Reporting person/witness contacted police to report that an unknown W/H/F did leave the store with cosmetic supplies and diapers. The suspect was described as a heavyset white Hispanic female wearing a black hat, white t-shirt with dark medium length hair. This female also had a half sleeve/tattoo on her left arm and was pushing a small child in a stroller. The items were placed on the stroller and the female left passing all checkout counters without paying.

Victim stated that an unknown male came to her and stated he discovered the ripped open plastic package with only the 2 sistema togo rectangular food storage containers missing on a church parking lot.

The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash before walking away. One suspect Kevin Nickles, 41 of the 200 Block of S Prince St, Lancaster, PA, was located and charged with one count of Robbery.

Reporting persons/ victims stated that they were walking south on the 200 block of Lemon St when they noticed three subjects walk into an alley on the east side of the street. The victims continued walking to the 300 block of New Holland Ave. The three subjects who they previously observed had made their way on to 300 New Holland Ave. One subject spoke to the victims briefly then displayed a handgun and demanded cash. One subject ripped a beige in color Michael Kors purse from the shoulder of the victim. All three subjects began laughing while walking west on the 300 block of New Holland Ave.

Victim stated during this assault one of the suspects took his keys, which were on a lanyard around his neck. All suspects fled down an alley. Ongoing investigation.

Reporting person stated to police his grandfather’s vehicle was stolen from the listed location on the listed date between the listed times. Reporting person had advertised the vehicle on Facebook Market Place and agreed to meet the suspect at the listed location intending to sell the vehicle, a dark green, 2016 Ford Mustang. The suspect gave the reporting person a cashier’s check for the agreed sales amount of the vehicle and the reporting person signed the title over to the suspect without a notary present and gave the suspect both sets of car keys. The reporting person then took the cashier’s check to a bank for deposit but was told by the bank teller the check was fraudulent. The stolen vehicle was entered into NCIC.
