OCCURRED 8/9/2019 1430 HRS

Billy Edward McCracken, 57, of the 1st block New Dorwart Street, Lancaster PA, Shane Robert McCracken 37, of the 600 block Lafayette Street, Lancaster PA, and a Juvenile white male, 16 years of age were all engaged in an altercation with the victim.  During the altercation the defendants caused damage to the victim’s vehicle at the scene and assaulted the victim as they exited the vehicle.   Both McCrackens were charged with Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief.  The Juvenile, male was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief.

Pablo Kenny Martinez, 42, of the 100 block Hazel Street, Lancaster PA was arrested for stealing four packages of diapers from the listed location.  Martinez was charged with Retail Theft.

Victim reported that an unknown person(s) entered her unlocked red in color 2012 Hyundai and stole a black purse with a gold chain handle.  Victim stated that the purse contained her immigration card, JC Penney card, bank card and PA Drivers License.  Ongoing Investigation.

Alaija Maria Johnson 19yr of 600blk Fourth St, Lancaster PA was cited with Poss Drug Paraphernalia after her vehicle was observed occupied by two individuals and parked in a alley.  Officers observed a flashlight moving inside and looked closer where he observed two individuals engaged in sexual acts.  Upon making contact with them a strong odor of marijuana emanated from the vehicle.  The two individuals were removed and a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.  Inside the vehicle were residue throughout and a black plastic bag containing a blue plastic Bong with burnt Marijuana residue.  As a result Alaija Johnson was cited and the other individual was released.

Tristan Reese Thomas, 210 of the first block Harvest Rd, Lancaster PA  was the subject of a traffic stop for non-working center brake light.  Thomas found to have a black in color digital scale and an orange in color pill bottle containing several marijuana "roaches".  Thomas was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and  Unlawful Activities-Rear Lighting.

Reporting person / victim stated the registration plate was stolen from his spare vehicle between the listed dates and times.  Victim had last seen the registration on his vehicle on 08/01/19 at approximately 2000 hours, while it was parked in the rear driveway of the listed location.  When victim returned to retrieve his vehicle from the driveway on 08/12/19, the registration plate was missing from the vehicle.

Angela K Hevener, 38, first block Sherman Street, Lancaster, PA was picked up on a warrant through Lancaster City Police Department.  During a search to the incident Hevener was found to have three blue pouches stamped with “PURE” and Three used hypodermic needles in a makeup bag that was in her possession.  Hevener was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Reporting person / victim stated that on returning home from work he found a small hole in his ceiling and a bullet laying on the base of the wall neither were there when he left for work.  Officers recovered the bullet and entered it into evidence.

Steven Gonzalez-Delgado, 31, of the first block Duo Driver, Lancaster PA was located at the listed location and found to have a warrant through Lancaster City Police Department.  During a search to the incident Gonzalez-Delgado was found to have on his person a partially smoked blunt with K2 substance in his hand.

Gonzalez-Delgado was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Reporting person / Loss Prevention provided officers with pictures of an unidentified white or Hispanic male with black hair wearing a black T-shirt who had entered the listed location the listed time and left with several items without paying for the items.  Loss Prevention stated that believes this suspect has stolen from the store before.

Reporting person / Victim stated that on the above listed date and time she was approached by three black females with whom she had issues with prior to this date.  The females sprayed her with pepper spray and began to punch her in the face causing her to fall to the ground.  The victim did sustain injuries during the altercation.

Reporting person / victim reported a burglary from the listed location on the listed date.  Victim had left his apartment between the reported times.  An hour after he returned, he noticed several clear plastic sleeves containing coins were missing from his bedroom shelf unit as well as his check book.  Victim then noticed the rear bathroom window, which he had left shut, was now slightly open.  Responding Officer collected evidence and determined the suspect removed the window screen, entered the apartment and stole the victim’s reported belongings.

Victim stated that while she was inside Rainmakers someone had broken her window of her car. There was broken glass in and around the listed vehicle. The rear driver's side window was also broken. The only thing missing from her vehicle was a Steelers duffel bag with clothing inside.

Carlos Gyles M/30yrs of 600blk West Vine St, Lancaster PA charged Terroristic Threats and Harassment after he got into an argument with the Victim that resulted in the Victim being Threaten and pushed to the floor.  Victim stated that she arrived home after a night out with friends, which had the Suspect upset that he was woken up.

Reporting person/victim stated that while she was waiting out front of her listed residence for her friend to pick her up, a subject known to her drove by and looked at her. While they were driving, she observed that the subject was following them. Subject stopped in the lane beside them and began yelling, "I am going to kill you" and "get out the car bitch". As a result, Edwin Gonzalez-Ortiz, 33 of 600 block Lake St is being charged with stalking and terroristic threats before MDJ 02-1-01.

Reporting person/victim stated that he was outside of his residence when a grey SUV drove by him and someone from the vehicle was shooting a paintball gun at him. Victim stated that at first he did not realize he was hit until he saw blue paint on his left elbow/forearm area. It should be noted that this incident is the first known victim for a series of paintball attacks throughout the evening of 17 Aug 19. In each incident, the victim/witness identify a grey SUV as driving past them firing a paintball gun. The paint from at least three of the known incidents, to my knowledge, was a greenish blue paint.

Reporting person stated that the front bumper of his 2003 Honda Civic was stolen sometime between 16 Aug 2019 at 1700 hours and 17 Aug 2019 at 2000 hours. It appeared as though someone had ripped is off as there were wires hanging down that appeared cut or pulled apart.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he had been walking on South Plum Street when a grey SUV style vehicle pulled up. As soon as he noticed the vehicle he felt like he got shot.  The victim had been shot several times with paintballs.  The vehicle was occuppied with four individuals.

Reporting person  stated that her son / victim had been at the listed location when a dark sedan vehicle occuppied by 2-4 individual.  One of the individuals shouted something to the victim.  The victim saw one of the passenger display the paint gun and turned and ran.  The victim was then shot several times.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time he was unloading his croceries from his vehicle when unknowningly his wallet fell out of his pants pocket.  When he realized it was gone he went to look for it.  An unknown subject told him that an elderly couple picked it up.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time while smoking a cigarette on his front stoop, he noticed a SUV sped through a stop sign at the listed location.  When the vehicle passed his he felt something hit his hand two other object hit his residence.  The victim and residence had been struck by paint balls.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he was walking home from the Family Dollar Store on South Duke St.  The victim heard a vehicle pull up from behind him and start shotting paint balls hitting him in several places on his body.  Victim stated that the vehicle appeared to be a dark in color Jeep.
