Billy Edward McCracken, 57, of the 1st block New Dorwart Street, Lancaster PA, Shane Robert McCracken 37, of the 600 block Lafayette Street, Lancaster PA, and a Juvenile white male, 16 years of age were all engaged in an altercation with the victim. During the altercation the defendants caused damage to the victim’s vehicle at the scene and assaulted the victim as they exited the vehicle. Both McCrackens were charged with Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief. The Juvenile, male was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief.

Alaija Maria Johnson 19yr of 600blk Fourth St, Lancaster PA was cited with Poss Drug Paraphernalia after her vehicle was observed occupied by two individuals and parked in a alley. Officers observed a flashlight moving inside and looked closer where he observed two individuals engaged in sexual acts. Upon making contact with them a strong odor of marijuana emanated from the vehicle. The two individuals were removed and a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted. Inside the vehicle were residue throughout and a black plastic bag containing a blue plastic Bong with burnt Marijuana residue. As a result Alaija Johnson was cited and the other individual was released.

Thomas found to have a black in color digital scale and an orange in color pill bottle containing several marijuana "roaches". Thomas was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia and Unlawful Activities-Rear Lighting.

When victim returned to retrieve his vehicle from the driveway on 08/12/19, the registration plate was missing from the vehicle.

During a search to the incident Hevener was found to have three blue pouches stamped with “PURE” and Three used hypodermic needles in a makeup bag that was in her possession. Hevener was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Gonzalez-Delgado was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Reporting person / victim reported a burglary from the listed location on the listed date. Victim had left his apartment between the reported times. An hour after he returned, he noticed several clear plastic sleeves containing coins were missing from his bedroom shelf unit as well as his check book. Victim then noticed the rear bathroom window, which he had left shut, was now slightly open. Responding Officer collected evidence and determined the suspect removed the window screen, entered the apartment and stole the victim’s reported belongings.

Reporting person/victim stated that while she was waiting out front of her listed residence for her friend to pick her up, a subject known to her drove by and looked at her. While they were driving, she observed that the subject was following them. Subject stopped in the lane beside them and began yelling, "I am going to kill you" and "get out the car bitch". As a result, Edwin Gonzalez-Ortiz, 33 of 600 block Lake St is being charged with stalking and terroristic threats before MDJ 02-1-01.

Reporting person/victim stated that he was outside of his residence when a grey SUV drove by him and someone from the vehicle was shooting a paintball gun at him. Victim stated that at first he did not realize he was hit until he saw blue paint on his left elbow/forearm area. It should be noted that this incident is the first known victim for a series of paintball attacks throughout the evening of 17 Aug 19. In each incident, the victim/witness identify a grey SUV as driving past them firing a paintball gun. The paint from at least three of the known incidents, to my knowledge, was a greenish blue paint.
