Officer’s observed a blue in color, Chevy Silverado reported stolen earlier on the above listed date traveling westbound on East Clay street in an attempt to flee from police. As it approached the intersection of North Duke Street the driver fled from the vehicle, failing to put the vehicle in park. This did cause the vehicle to hit another vehicle. The officer search the area for the driver with negative results.

During a search to the incident Santana- Amesquita was found to be in possession of 2 blue waxine baggies. Santana- Amesquita was arrested and charged with Public Drunkenness and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Johnson was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Reporting person / loss prevention stated that he had observed a Hispanic male (suspect 1)and a White male (suspect 2) in the store. One of Suspect 1 selected a ratchet set and passed it to Suspect 2. Suspect 2 entered the restroom and concealed the ratchet set in his pants and left the store without making payment for the item. Suspect 2 was stopped and merchandise was recovered. Suspect 2 fled in maroon Ford Escape driven by Suspect 1 .

Victim related that she returned to her vehicle at approximately 1330hrs. and discovered that the front passenger side wheel/ tire was missing and the front passenger side of the vehicle was resting on the ground. Victim related that she does not know who stole the tire. Ongoing investigation.
