OCCURRED 6/3/2020 1840 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that his blue and black Kymco Agility 125 moped was stolen from his front yard.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

200 BLK W VINE ST

OCCURRED 6/3/2020 2014 HRS

Victim reported that a  Kathy Burkholder, 45, of the 200 block West Vine Street, Lancaster PA were engaged in an argument which turned physical.  Burkholder did punch her approximately five times with a closed fist.  Burkholder was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.

OCCURRED 6-4 BETWEEN 2230 HRS AND 2300 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that they had been receiving threatening calls.  The caller threatened to come to their house and cause trouble and burn down their house.  Ongoing investigation.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

500 BLK E KING ST

OCCURRED 6/4/2020 1947 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that Matthew Raeford, 38, of the 600 block Hershey Avenue, Lancaster, was engaged in an altercation outside the victim’s home.  Raeford got a baseball bat from his vehicle and held it in a threatening manner as he walked back to the victim.  Raeford was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.

700 BLK E CHESTNUT ST

OCCURRED 6/4/2020 1917 HRS 

Officers responded to a call of a crash of a moped.  Officers located a blue and black Kymco Agility 125 moped which had been reported stolen out of Lancaster City on June 3, 2020.

OCCURRED 6/4/2020 0700 HRS and 1015 HRS

Reporting person / reported while she was occupied an unknown suspect entered her residence and stole her purse .  The purse was later found near the entrance of the building.  The victim’s residence was unlocked at the time of the incident.

222 S QUEEN ST / SAVE A LOT

OCCURRED 6/5/2020 1951 HRS

Reporting person  observed a Hispanic male, curly brown hair, whit face mask, red jacket and red sweatshirt enter the listed location and take an unknown amount of pain relievers from the display and place the containers into his jacket pocket.  The suspect left the listed location without offering payment.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/4/2020 1000 HRS AND 6/5/2020 1400 HRS

Reporting person / victim was told that a package which had been delivered to him and left in a shared kitchen was not there when he went to pick it up.  The victim did not know who took the package.

OCCURRED 6/5/2020 BETWEEN 1630 HRS AND 1730 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that she left her hotel room propped open while she visited her friend in another room.  When she returned to her room she noticed her purse and wallet were open and cash was missing.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and between the times an unknown suspect stole his cell phone from the front seat of his vehicle.

FREMONT ST AND FILBERT ST

OCCURRED 6/9/2020 BETWEEN 1255 HRS AND 1332 HRS

Officer  called to the listed location for a recovered vehicle report.  Officer located a black in color, 2017, Honda, Civic in the 200 block of Filbert street reported stole from Lancaster Township.  The vehicle was locked and unoccupied.

OCCURRED 6/9/2020 1855 HRS

It was reported that on the above listed date and time  Sherry Lynn Mumma, 48 of the 100 block East Clay Street, Lancaster was at the listed location and assaulted a staff member of the listed location.  Mumma was charged with Aggravated Assault.

502 E KING ST

OCCURRED 06/11/20 2221HRS

Victim stated that she had left the vehicle running while she went into the store. When she came back out, the vehicle was gone. She stated that her cell phone, a small Android cell phone was left in the vehicle. Victim stated there is no way to track the phone, as it does not have an account information. She stated nothing else of value was in the vehicle. She said that there is no damage, stickers, or distinguishing marks on the vehicle. Ongoing Investigation.

OCCURRED 6/12/2020 1820 HRS

On the above listed date and time reporting person stated that they were engaged in an argument over a disagreement regarding suspect’s daughter when the suspect threatened to do harm to the reporting person if she spoke to her daughter in such a manner again.

300 BLK N CHARLOTTE ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/12/2020 2130 HRS AND 6/13/2020 0830 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect stole their red, 2011, Mazda CX7 from where it had been parked on the west side of North Charlotte Street.  The vehicle was locked at the time of the incident.

800 BLK E CHESTNUT ST

OCCURRED 6/13/2020 BETWEEN 1815 HRS AND 1824 HRS

Reporting person / victim reported that she left her wallet on the trunk of car after she placed her belongings in the vehicle and drove off.  When she returned home she noticed her wallet was missing.   She returned to the store where the manager was able to review footage.  A dark SUV was observed stopping and a subject picked up the wallet and drove off in the direction of Auto Zone.

OCCURRED 6/13/2020 1916 HRS

Wilbur Graybill, 43, homeless was at the listed location on the above listed date and time and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and had an active warrant through Juniata County for receiving stolen property.  Graybill was arrested and upon search he was found in possession of three zip lock baggies contain on white wax sleeve stamped Flammerz in the pocket of his shorts.  Graybill was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance – Heroin and Public Drunkenness.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/12/2020 1730 HRS AND 6/13/2020 1400 HRS. 

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime on the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect stole the license plate from their vehicle.

1700 FRUITVILLE PIKE / HOME DEPOT    

OCCURRED 6/15/2020  BETWEEN 0925 HRS AND 1932 HRS

Reporting person / Loss Prevention stated a Hispanic, male, 30-40 years of age, wearing an orange shirt with a white design, tan pants, work boots, sunglasses on his head and face mask entered the listed location selected a weed trimmer and trimmer string from the display.  The suspect was stopped and merchandise was recovered.

600 BLK ST JOSEPH ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 6/15/2020 1900 HRS AND 6/16/2020 2330 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that sometime between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect gained entry to the victim’s residence.  While in the residence the suspect stole the victim’s Xbox one along with games while the victim was sleeping.
