Officers recovered two stolen vehicles on the above listed date. A white, 2016. Toyota Highlander and a red, 2020, Lincoln Corsair were reported stolen out of Manheim Township and recovered at the listed location.

The reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date, between 1445 and 1515 hrs., an unknown suspect stole the victim’s Access card from where it had been placed on top of his cart.

On the above listed date and time, Deavon Chappelle Winder, 30, of the 400 block E Chestnut Street, Lancaster PA did punched out the driver’s window smashing it and causing the victim injury. Winder was arrested and charged with Simple Assault Domestic Violence.

Officers dispatched on information received, to listed location, found Norman Johnson Clifton-Coleman, 35, of the 700 block S Lime Street, Lancaster PA in possession drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Reporting person / victim stated on the above listed date between the listed times, he was approached by three unknown males. One of the males was holding a firearm, grabbed his arm and demanded the victim to go with the group of males. Noticing two individuals walking in his direction the victim yelled for help and the group fled in an unknown direction.
