Tyhede Griffin, 19, 600 block St Joseph Street, Lancaster PA was a subject of a traffic stop for violation of vehicle glass tint.  Officers found Griffin to be in possession of Marijuana and to be operating without a license.  Griffin was cited with Driving without a License and Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.

Jose Thomas Beltre, 21, of the 500 block North Plum Street, Lancaster PA  was the subject of a vehicle stop for several violations.  Beltre was found to be in possession of a firearm and marijuana.  Beltre was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm Without a License, Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, Duties at Stop Signs and Driving Under Suspension.

George Mendez, 19, 700 block High Street, Lancaster PA was observed stealing a package from the porch of a residence in the listed location.  Mendez was arrested and found to also be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  Mendez was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.

Nolan Andrew Souders, 35, of the 200 block Lamparter Rd, Quarryville, PA did bite a security guard for the listed location two times causing injury.  Souders was charged Aggravated Assault.

Reports of Shots Fired at the listed location at the listed time.  Responding officer located two shell casings.  Officer found no damage from the shots to anything in the area.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time he returned home from riding his bike he left it on the sidewalk against his porch and went inside.  When he came out again the bike was gone.
