Reporting person / victim reported that an unknown male had entered the business on the above listed date and time. When the male left the victim noticed that her wallet and credit cards had been removed from her purse. The victim received fraud alerts from her bank regarding her credit cards being used at the Target in Belmont shopping center. The male was described as a black, male, 20’s-30’s, thin build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black flat-brimmed ball cap, black skinny jeans, white shoes and was wearing a black “gaiter” mask pulled up to his eyes.

Keith Kelley, 36, of the 300 block Winthrop Driver, Lancaster PA was engage in an argument with the victim and became enraged. Kelley chased the victim with a knife and threatened to do her bodily harm. Kelley was arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats.

Ongoing investigation. Case forwarded to Auto Theft Department for further investigation.

Reporting person / manager stated that two groups of males entered the listed location between the above listed dates and times. The first set of males went to the coolers and concealed 6 sodas in a backpack one of the males were carrying. The second group sent to the candy isle grabbed two bags of candy. The males left the listed location without offering payment for the items taken. The first set of males were described as two males, one black and one possible Hispanic and both wearing black sweatshirts. The black male also had a black and white backpack. The second set were described as two black males one wearing a black sweatshirt with yellow lettering and carried a blue and black backpack. The other male had a black sweatshirt with white graphic across it and had a basketball.
