222 S QUEEN ST

OCCURRED 3/23/2020 BETWEEN 1441 HRS AND 1508 HRS

On the above listed date between the listed times a white, male suspect, 60’s, wearing black shoes, tan pants, a dark grey jacket, grey sweatshirt under his jacket, brown knit hat, glasses with a white frame , spoke Spanish and walked with a limp entered the listed location.  The suspect began selecting items and placing them underneath his jacket in an attempt to steal the items.  The suspect was approached by a store employee who made him return the items to the shelves.  The suspect them exited the store.  The suspect was unable to be located upon officers response.

Reporting person / victim stated that he had gotten into a slight physical altercation with an unknown male.  During the altercation his phone fell unknown to the victim.  When he realized the phone was missing he returned to the location but the phone was no longer there.

On the above listed date and between the listed times and unknown suspect stole the registration plate from the victim’s vehicle.

OCCURRED 03/26/2020 BETWEEN 1100 HRS AND 1133 HRS

On the above listed date and time officers recovered a 2005, Dodge, Magnum blue in color which was reported stolen in Lancaster City on March 25,2020.  The vehicle was recovered at the listed location.  The vehicle was locked and appeared to have sustained no damage.

It was reported that students had started a group chat to go over school work.  Sometime between3/26/2020 and 3/27/2020 an unknown student ( most-likely not from the same school) joined the chat and began to threaten to beat up one of the students.

OCCURRED 3/28/2020 0023 HRS

On the above listed date and time it was reported that shots were fired at the listed location.  Responding officer searched the area with negative results for the shots fired call but did find a knife sticking out of the ground.  The knife was collected and submitted into evidence.

OCCURRED 3/28/2020 BETWEEN 1140 HRS AND 1200 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he left his vehicle unlocked and running.  Between the listed times an unknown suspect entered the victim’s vehicle and stole the key FOB.  The victim was concerned the suspect would return and steal the vehicle.

Officers located a 2015 Chrysler 200 brown in color which was reported stolen on the same date through Pennsylvania State Police at the listed location.  Pennsylvania State Police took possession of the vehicle.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 3/28/2020 1800 HRS AND 3/29/2020 1028 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed dates and times, an unknown suspect(s) stole his mountain bike from his front porch.  The bike was unlocked at the time of the incident.
