OCCURRED 02/03/2023 1510HRS

R/P stated that Victim asked her to report his son’s his sons multi colored 24” mountain bicycle, due to language barrier.  R/P stated that the Victim rode the bike to school and placed it on the side of the building.  The bicycle was not locked and an unknown male wearing black NBA hooded sweatshirt, green jogger style pants and black/white Nike sneakers was seen riding off with it.  Ongoing Investigation.

TERRORISTIC THREATS

OCCURRED 02/03/2023 1851HRS

Andrew Eugene Alayon 33yr of 0Blk Fulton St, Akron PA 17501 was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats(M1), Criminal Mischief(M3), and Simple Assault(M2) after being involved in an argument with the Victim.  Victim stated during the argument he knocked over and damaged a dresser and flower pot.  The Defendant also brandished a black/gray in color firearm and stated “now it’s on”, which put her in fear of her life.

R/P stated he heard 4-5 shots being fired and when he looked out the window he observed a vehicle leaving the area at high rate of speed.  Officers arrived on the scene and canvassed the area.  No casing were located.

700 BLK E KING ST

OCCURRED 02/08/2023 1933HRS

Officers responded to a Theft in progress where a 9mm handgun with a pink frame with silver slider was reported missing.  Victim reported that her boyfriend had the weapon and didn’t want to return it back to her.  Boyfriend denied having or seeing the weapon. The weapon was entered as lost in NCIC.  Ongoing Investigation.

SHOTS FIRED

500 BLK GREEN ST

OCCURRED 02/08/2023 2026HRS

Officers responded to the intersection of S. Christian St and Green St for a report of Shots Fired.  While on scene the Officer was informed that there were video showing a group on individuals who were shooting towards another group of individuals that were near the 500 Blk Green St.  The group is seen exchanging gun fire towards each other and then leaving the area.  The individuals were last seen crossing S Duke St. Officers on the scene located 52 9mm casings, 8 .22 caliber casings and 4 different bullet fragments.  There were 2 vehicles and a residence that were struck by bullets.  Ongoing Investigation.
