NOI reported that a customer had his vehicle painted and stated that the customer paid with a credit card. NOI stated that the credit card transaction was reversed and the customer denied the charge. NOI was advised by Police to send email and cerified letter demanding payment within a matter of time or criminal charges will be filed. Ongoing Investigation.

Victim stated that unknown person(s) stole his Iphone that was left in the bathroom at his work place. Victim stated that he went to the restroom and went back to his work station and realized that he didn’t have his phone in his pocket. He stated when he went back to the bathroom the Iphone was no longer where he left it.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 02/07/2020 AT 1700 AND 02/10/2020 AT 1154 HOURS
Officer responded to the listed location for a report of burglary not in progress on 02/10/2020 at 1154 hours. Officer spoke directly with the Sales Manager, two assistants and the Service Manager. Officer also spoke to a possible suspect by phone. The Sales Manager stated on 02/10/2020, one of the assistants reported to him that cash was missing from a cash box located at the business. Investigation is ongoing.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 02/09/2020 AT 2300 HOURS AND 02/10/2020 AT 0130 HOURS
Officer responded to the listed location for a report of theft not in progress on 02/10/2020 at 0136 hours. Officer spoke with the Victim who stated he had been working at the listed location on the listed date. Victim stated he took a restroom break at about 2300 hours and went back to his work station and continued working. The Victim then noticed his phone was not in his pocket and went back to the restroom to retrieve it but it was not where he had left it. Victim tracked his phone to another address and the Officer went to the location to locate the phone but the resident stated he did not know anything about a stolen phone.

RETAIL THEFT
501 W LEMON ST / HUBER’S WEST END MARKET
OCCURRED 02/11/2020 AT 0905 HOURS
Officer responded to the listed location for a report of a retail theft that had just occurred. Officer spoke to the Manager who reported the suspect, a white, male wearing a light blue jean jacket, dark blue pants, carrying a black backpack was inside the store and selected a box of cereal and a bag of chips. The suspect concealed both items in his backpack. The suspect then paid for a separate item and left the store without paying for the items in the backpack. The Manager provided a copy of the credit card receipt to the Officer. Officer tracked down the suspect and had him return to the store. Suspect returned the stolen items and was given a verbal notice not to return to the store. Max J. Sano, W/M/N, 19 years old, of West James St., Lancaster, PA was cited for Retail Theft before MDJ Roth.

Officers responded to Lancaster Fleet & Auto for a Vehicle Theft report. Upon Officers arrival the R/P stated that a 2018 Nissan Altima dark in color was leased on 12/23/19-12/27/19 by a known person. R/P stated that the vehicle has not been returned as of yet. A copy of the rental agreement and certified letter sent to the Suspect was provided to the Officer. Ongoing Investigation.

1ST BLOCK E KING ST-THE BARBERET BISTRO AND BAKERY
OCCURRED 02/12/2020 2100 HRS
Reporting person stated that at approximately 2100 hours, a white male came into the store and asked if there was a bar in the back. The male walked to the back of the building. A few minutes later the male came back up front and grabbed cash out of the tip jar which was located on the front counter next to the register and ran westbound on King St towards Penn Square. Reporting person described the male suspect as around 5'6" tall, skinny, brown hair, mustache, wearing a Ravens baseball style hat, and wearing a black in color raven's sweatshirt with white sleeves.

Three white females, 16 years of age were observed selecting several cosmetic items and a t-shirt from the listed location and concealing the items in a bag. The three females then exited the listed location without making any attempt to pay. The juveniles were arrested, charged with retail theft and released to parents.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time an unknown suspect had taken her wallet between the listed times. The empty wallet was later turned is at the Lancaster City Police Department. On going investigation.

Reporting person / victim stated that between the above listed dates and times and unknown suspect(s) broke into the victims vehicle which was parked in front of his residence. The console of the vehicle had been gone through but nothing appeared to be taken. On going investigation.

Giovany Rubio, 44, of the 500 block Manor Street, Lancaster PA was found at the listed locatio to be under the influence of alcohol. Rubio was placed under arrested for public drunkenness. Rubio failed to physically comply with officers when told he was being placed under arrest. Rubio was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness.
