OCCURRED 01/20/2020 AT 1057 HOURS
Officer was dispatched to the listed location for a report of Retail Theft. Reporting person stated he was advised of a Retail Theft from the cafeteria. The suspect was seen entering the cafeteria and concealing multiple items underneath his jacket. Suspect then exited the location without paying for the items. Investigation ongoing.

Officer responded to the listed location for a report of Domestic Violence. Reporting person / victim stated she and her boyfriend had an argument and during the argument her boyfriend grabbed her wrist causing bruising. Police discovered both parties had active warrants. Reporting person / victim was placed under arrest and transported to Lancaster City Police station for a probation violation warrant. Victim’s boyfriend, Christopher Dean, 49, B/M/N, of Beaver Street, Lancaster left the location prior to police arriving. Police filed a citation for Dean before MDJ Witkonis for Harassment.

Brandi N Michael F/40yrs of 300blk Beaver St., Lancaster PA was arrested on probation violation warrant after Officers were called in for a domestic disturbance at listed location. Suspect stated that she and her boyfriend got into an argument where NOI grabbed her wrist and caused bruising.

Victim stated she went into the store to buy some sodas and set her wallet down on the front counter. After setting her wallet down she went to look at some earrings. She stated she noticed a H/M possible in his 50s checking out at the counter. When she walked up to the counter with 2 sodas she saw that her wallet was gone. Victim stated she went home to confirm that she didn’t leave it at home. She came back to that store and called police to report her white and black polka dots containing her EBT card and monetary. Ongoing Investigation.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he was confronted by a black male. The male did punch the victim in approximately 5 times with a closed fist in the head. The victim did sustain injury from the incident. The suspect is to be charged with Simple Assault and Simple Assault Physical Menace.

D’Andre Robert Christmas, 18 , homeless was at the listed location on the above listed date and time. Christmas was observed selecting several items and entered the fitting room. While in the fitting room he concealed the items and then attempted to exit the listed location without offering payment for said items. Christmas was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / victim stated that she was involved in a verbal dispute with suspect which turned physical. The suspect then punched the victim one time with a closed fist and the shoved her down a flight of four concrete stairs near the location causing the victim minor injury. The suspect is to be charged with Simple Assault.

Reporting person/victim stated that sometime between 1830 hours, 26 Jan 2020 and 0845 hours, 27 Jan 2020, unknown suspects(s) took his Cannondale Catalyst Mountain bicycle, black and gray in color with red access striping that was chained onto a green sign in front of his residence. He stated that the cable and lock were also missing and not left at the scene.
