A 2005 blue in color Chrysler was stolen in the morning of listed date.  The victim stated that the vehicle was parked in a parking lot overnight. Ongoing Investigation.

Officers responded to a shots fired call on the 500 blk Chester St.  Officers arrived at the scene and the block was quiet and no one was outside. While canvassing the area a cell phone and 5, 9mm shell casings were located. Also found was a white in color vehicle that was struck. Ongoing Investigation.

Victim reported that while she went inside to drop off her laundry at Festiva Laundry, an unknown person entered her unlocked vehicle and stole black and white sequence backpack style purse.  Victim stated that the purse contained her Samsung galaxy cell phone, numerous cards, keys to her home, employment keys and her own vehicle keys. Unknown suspects at this time.

Yoel Palacios-Pantoja H/M 44yrs of 700 blk N Duke St Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats after getting into a verbal argument with the Victim.  During the argument the Defendant stated to the victim that he would stab her and her son.

R/P stated when he arrived for work on listed date he notices his tools were missing from the job site.  The tools were a variety of cordless Dewalt tools in a black bag with yellow Dewalt letterings.  R/P stated that there is a video showing a suspect leaving the job side and carrying the black bag with the tools.  Ongoing Investigation.

A Silver Ford Explorer that was reported as stolen in another jurisdiction was recovered by LCP during a traffic stop. While patrolling in the area the Officer observed the vehicle traveling the area and checked the vehicle in mobilecop that showed that the vehicle was stolen.  The vehicle was then stopped and the two NOI were detained.  Ongoing Investigation.

400 BLK BEAVER ST

OCCURRED 01/31/2023 1220HRS

Officers responded to a Shots Fired call on the listed location.  When Officers arrived neighbors in the block pointed out shell casings that were in the street.  7 spent shell casing were located on the ground.  A green Ford pickup truck had been struck by gunfire and was damaged.  2 bullet holes were observed in the tailgate and a third bullet hole was seen in a metal tool box behind the rear windshield.  Witnesses stated that they observed 3 young males, wearing black and masks running from the scene.  Ongoing Investigation.

A gray in color 2013 Buick was recovered by LCPD at listed location.  The vehicle was reported stolen by the owner on 02/01/2023 to East Lampeter Police.  No further action taken.

Officers responded to the 1^st blk S Lime St for an Assault call.  Officers spoke to the Victim who stated that he was supposed to meet 2 known people to him.  Victim stated that for unknown reason he was attached by the two men.  Victim was taken to a local hospital for his injuries.  Ongoing Investigation.
