Officers responded to a report of theft at the listed location on the listed date. Witness, the Women’s Shelter Coordinator, informed one of the Officers a Victim’s rose gold colored Apple IPhone S with a teal colored case when missing on the listed date between the listed times. Victim was charging her cell phone next to the listed Suspect, identified as Symar Rakeeb May and when she returned it was missing. The Suspect had stolen her phone last year, so the Victim has reason to believe the Suspect may have stolen it again. Suspect was later found to have possession of the stolen phone. Symar Rakeeb May, M/19 year old, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking before MDJ Witkonis.

Reporting person stated that an unknown white male suspect wearing a black hoodie coat, blue jeans and black glasses was seen leaving the store with a case of Founders beer. Suspect passed all points of sale without offering payment. Charges to follow when the suspect is identified.

Reporting person / staff members over heard an argument between two students when one of the students threatened to kill  the other student. The suspect juvenile stated that he had no intention of shooting anyone and that he was just mad. The student was suspended as a result of the threat.

Vehicle Owner/ Victim reported his vehicle was stolen between the listed dates and times when it was parked at the listed location. Stolen vehicle is a silver, 2013 Hyundai Sonata with PA registration plate LBN1278. Victim and Officer confirmed vehicle had not been towed by a known tow company. Investigation ongoing.

Reporting person/victim stated that on 14 Dec 19, at approximately 2100 hrs, he left his residence to visit his girlfriend. He returned home on 15 Dec 19, at approximately 2000 hrs. When he arrived home he noticed that the door to his room was ajar (leading from the outside in), and a glass pane (upper half of the door) was shattered. He also stated that his room was ransacked and that four pairs of Adidas brand sneakers were missing, as well as a jar of loose change. Reporting person also stated that his firearm was taken, advising that he had placed it inside the pocket of a gray in color pea coat that was hanging in his closet. Ongoing investigation.

Miller was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Officers responding to the call found eight bullet casings in the lot. Reporting person stated that a neighbor who also heard the shots saw three unknown males wearing dark colored or black in colored hooded sweatshirts leaving the area in between the building. The males waked through the lot and then on to East Walnut Street. Officers were unable to locate the males.

On the above listed date and time Matthew Randal Lawrence, 36, of the 200 block Eliot Street, Milwaukee, WI, entered the listed location. While there he became angered at the price of an item. He then engaged in an argument with an employee of the location. The argument turned physical with Lawrence assaulting the victim and causing damage to some of the merchandise. Lawrence was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Public Drunkenness and Criminal Mischief.
