E ORANGE ST
OCCURRED 11/04/22 1926HRS
Officers responded to the intersection of E. Orange St and N. Plum St for a report of a fight between two females at the location where an off duty LGH security guard had pepper sprayed to stop the fight. When Officers arrived at the location they made contact with one of the females that was involved in the fight. The other female number two was described as wearing all black clothing and was observed entering a house a on E. Orange St. When officers arrived on E. Orange St, they located female two exited her residence while yelling uncontrollably. Female number two was instructed to calm down but continued to yell and refused to provide her information. Female two was placed under arrest after being positively identified by the victim and witnesses. While in the police station the female requested medical treatment for several lacerations on her face sustained during the fight. An ambulance was requested for transport and treatment. While in route to the hospital the female number two, jumped out of the ambulance in the area of E. Frederick St and N. Duke St. Officers responded to the area in an attempt to locate the female. A short time later, a call was received regarding the female causing a disturbance in the 100 block of N. Plum St, Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate her. Female two has been positively identified and will be charged with Simple Assault, Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct via summons.

Jenieda Ann Marshall B/F 38yr 400blk E. Orange St, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct (M3), Open Container(s), Possession of small amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after Officers responded to the area of 23 West Chestnut St for a report of a Disturbance. Officers were advised that the suspect was at the police station yelling and was ordered to leave. The Suspect could be heard yelling at a volume that could be heard from approximately one block away. Officers made contact with the Suspect and placed her under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. While in custody the Suspect was found to be in possession of a zip lock bag containing marijuana, a clear glass pipe with marijuana residue and an open single serve bottle of 99 Banana liquor. Charges are summons to be sent.

R/P stated she arrived at approximately 1403hrs at the listed location, she stated when she went to leave at approximately 1615hrs, she noticed that her small blue and white checked Louis Vuitton purse was missing from the cart. R/P stated that the purse was kept in a larger purse, which was still in the cart and was covered by a throw rug that she was purchasing. R/P stated that the purse contained cash, a lottery scratch off ticket, numerous credit cards, miscellaneous medical cards and driver’s license. R/P stated that she received information that there were 3 transactions on her debit card. Ongoing Investigation.

R/P stated he parked his girlfriendscar in front of listed location on 3Nov22 around 2200hrs, he stated that he locked the vehicle but the passenger side rear door is broken and does not lock. R/P stated he returned to the vehicle on 4Nov22 around 0500hrs and noticed that the vehicle had been rummaged through and paperwork was thrown around inside and outside the vehicle. R/P stated that his wallet was missing from the center console of the vehicle. R/P stated his wallet contained cash, and numerous cards. Ongoing Investigation.

Officers responded to the first block of W. Farnum St, for a report of shots fired. Witnesses stated they saw two unknown race, tall thin males, wearing all black with ski masks covering their faces. The Witnesses stated that they were walking heavy on the right and stated that the males had their right hand in their pocket like they had something in them. Officers canvassed the block but were unable to locate any shell casings or impact marks.

Victim stated he left his residence at approximately 1430 hrs. 8 Nov. 22 and walked south in the 400 blk. N. Queen St. Victim stated he was heading to the liquor store located at 252 N. Queen St. Victim stated he the crossed over W. Lemon St. and was still walking south when he was knocked down to the ground from behind while in the area of 340 N. Queen St. Victim stated he was pushed onto the ground and lost consciousness for about 1 minute. Victim advised when he woke up he saw two unknown young black males running north. Victim could not provide an age or more detailed description and said they were young.
Victim advised he then noticed that his brown leather wallet was missing from his right rear pants pocket. Victim stated the walled contained, US Currency, his PA Driver's license, and his social security card. Victim stated he did not seek medical treatment and only injuries he had were scrapes to his left knee and knuckles on his left hand. Ongoing Investigation.

Victim stated that he is homeless and reported he was walking around the area of listed location. Victim stated that he was carrying around his Apple Computer and two black in color bags which contained all his belongings. Victim stated he was walking around because he was cold and wanted to get warmed up. Victim stated when he arrived at the listed location, two unknown Hispanic males beat him up and robbed him of his belongings. The Victim stated that the two males were wearing dark colored clothing and they came up from behind him.
Victim said that they both were wearing hoodies to include masks or something that covered there face/mouth area. Victim said that the one male had on gloves but the other did not. He said that the one that did not was light skinned. The Victim stated that the one male hit him across the left side of his face and then the other male hit him in the center of his back which knocked the wind out of him. According to the Victim, the male that hit him from behind then pulled out a knife and held it to his chest and said give me everything you got. The one male took his Apple Computer and the other male grabbed both of his bags and they both fled the area in an unknown direction of travel. The Victim stated that at this point he was laying on the ground and in pain so he could not provide a direction of travel nor any additional information on the suspects. The Victim stated that both males were approximately 5'"05"-5 "06" in height. The investigating officer contacted the Lancaster Safety Coalition to check the cameras for any footage but nothing was located regarding the incident.

The Officer initiated the vehicle stop and the Suspect was found to a have a suspended driver’s license, and in possession of two partially smoked marijuana cigars. Charges are via summons.

R/P stated that while she was asleep her son called her to tell her that someone had shot through their window.
Officers observed the window on the third story to have two strike marks and it was pointed out a slug on the rug at the top of the steps under where the east facing attic window was broken. Officers observed two separate strike marks where the projectiles impacted and only one strike mark on the south most wall. Officers also observed the curtain had a tear where the projectile that impacted the wall had gone through it. No casings were found outside and no suspects at this time.

Kaila Marie Glover B/F 37yr homeless was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with weapon after she was involved in an argument with the Victim. Witness stated observing an argument between the Suspect and Victim in which the Victim walked away from the argument and the Suspect followed yelling that she was going to stab the Victim. Witnesses stated that the Suspect returned after a few minutes and stated that she had stabbed the Victim. The Victim appeared shortly after and was seen bleeding from a laceration to his right ear/neck area.

R/P stated he was having problems with the Ford's key fob and didn't recall if the vehicle was properly locked. R/P stated his mother went to the Ford at approximately 09:00 hours and found the Ford unlocked. R/P stated his mother brought the Ford back to the area of their house. R/P stated that he went out to the vehicle at approx. 1600hrs and found the state registration card in the back seat. R/P stated that he grabbed the registration card and noticed the top right corner where the owner signs the registration was missing and appeared to be torn off. R/P stated he then opened his glove box and found his debit card missing. No forced entry and no suspects at this time.

The second male was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with brown pants and a black drawstring Adidas backpack. The Suspect told the 1st Victim that she would kill him if he didn’t leave while holding a pair of scissors. The 2nd Victim was slapped by the Suspect when he tried to separate them. The video was showed to the Officer and the pair of scissors was located under a bed. The scissors were seized and packaged for evidence.

Hernandez gave a false name and date of birth, which was then confirmed through a mobile fingerprint scanner. Hernandez was then placed under arrest and was searched and found to be in possession of the controlled substance. The charges are summons to be sent.
