OCCURRED 10/19/2022 BETWEEN 1300HRS AND 1500HRS

Reporting person stated that NOI confronted her about her telling people she was a prostitute. Reporting person stated that NOI was upset about this and wanted to fight. During the altercation NOI told her she was going to kill her. Reporting person interpreted the threat to be legitimate and believes NOI was serious. NOI charged with Terroristic Threats.

Reporting person/manager reported observing a Juvenile Hispanic Female stuffing items into her coat. Reporting person confronted the girl and an argument ensued. Numerous items fell from the female’s coat. The unknown female fled the store with an adult in an unknown vehicle.

Reporting person stated she returned home and realized her pumpkin which was on the front porch steps was missing. She stated she located a smashed pumpkin on the street at North St/Strawberry St.  Reporting person stated she has had numerous issues with juveniles stealing/damaging her property.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 10/21/2022 1700HRS AND 10/22/2022 1035HRS

Reporting person/vehicle owner stated that she had been visiting a family member. She parked her vehicle in front of the listed location between 1700hours 21 Oct 2022 and 1035hours 22 Oct 2022. During that time frame, the car battery to her vehicle had been removed. She discovered the battery was missing when she went to start the vehicle and it would not start. When she went to jump start the car she realized the battery was missing. There is no known suspect(s).

A Juvenile was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking after a 2019 Giant Brand Escape 2 hybrid mountain bicycle  that was under police surveillance was stolen from a bicycle rack at the intersection of South Duke St and East Vine St.  Juvenile was then stopped while riding the stolen bicycle by an officer and taken into custody.

Mark Richardson B/M 60yrs old of 500blk West King Street, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats after being in a domestic disturbance.  While being involved in the altercation the Suspect did hit the victim several times in the head with a DVD player causing bruising and swelling.  The Suspect did also slash the Victim on the arm with a knife, which resulted in the Victim suffering several lacerations. The Suspect did tell the Victim that he would kill her while holding the knife.  The Victim was taken to a local hospital for her injuries.

R/P stated that unknown person(s) had taken his phone.  R/P stated that the phone was a black in color Samsung Galaxy S20 model phone.  R/P stated he was not sure which model the phone was and stated that the theft occurred right outside the barber shop.  Ongoing Investigation.

Victim stated she ordered an 18" American Doll "Truly Me" from Amazon on 10/22/22.  She stated the doll was showing as being 'Delivered to the Receptionist' on 10/24/22 at 1631 hours.  Victim stated she called Amazon and stated it was signed for, but she advised them that she lives in a house and has no receptionist to sign for anything so she has no idea where they actually delivered the package.

The victim stated that he was riding his bike in the park area of the 300 block of Beaver Street.  He stated that he laid the bike down for a while and when he returned, it was missing.

RP stated he heard one gun shot near Groff Funeral Home on the 300 block of W. Orange Street followed by arguing. Officers checked the area on foot and did not locate any evidence of a shooting or any subjects in the area.

R/P stated he heard three rapid shots coming from the area of North Franklin St/Burrowes Ave and then heard a vehicle speed off towards New Holland Avenue.  Officers walked around the area and did not locate any casings or strike marks.  No further action.

Gebron Lamont Reid B/M 28yrs 200blk Elm Street, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Possession Small Amount of Marijuana after Officers observe a physical altercation taking place outside of the Village Night Club.  Officers were advised that the Defendant had punched a security guard inside and had tried to hit another security guard that was holding him when Officers arrived.  Upon a search incident to arrest a clear corner tie baggie containing marijuana was retrieved from his right side coat pocket.  The Defendant was taken into custody.

Victim reported that she was walking home from dropping her child off at school.  Victim stated that she was walking south on Queen St, on the west side sidewalk, just north of Frederick St. where she was approached from behind by the another female, NOI.  Victim stated that NOI punched her in the back of the head and grabbed her hair.  Victim then stated that NOI pulled the hood over her head and pulled her to the ground.  The Victim advised that during the struggle, her fingernail was torn off (right ring finger), her left hand had an abrasion and her cell phone had a broken screen.  The Victim also had some hair that NOI had pulled out. Based on the information the NOI is charged with Simple Assault via summons to be sent.

R/P stated that on this night, he was walking home E Chestnut St from the bus when he was approached by NOI and another unknown male. R/P stated that NOI parked his car on E Chestnut St when him and the unknown male got out of the vehicle and approached him. R/P stated that NOI and the male were coming to "jump" him and he feared for his safety so he pulled out his can of mace. R/P said that the males continued to yell at him as they went back to the vehicle before leaving.  R/P stated that he recorded the incident on his phone, which Officers were able to see and hear NOI shouting “I’m going to kill you”.  Based on the information the NOI is to be charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment via summons to be sent.

The Victims stated that their house was broken into by unknown person(s) while they were out of town between the listed dates.  While Officers checked the residence they found a broken window on the basement door, which was the point of entry.  Officers also found what appeared to be blood on the lock hatch by the basement door.  The Victims stated that there were “Macbook” laptops and numerous items missing throughout the house.  Ongoing Investigation.

Sean Savage B/M 49yrs of 200blk Wecaf Rd, New Holland, PA was arrested and charged with Simple Assault after being involved in a domestic disturbance with the Victim.  Officers located the victim on the front porch of the residence.  Officers observed the Victim to have a bloody lip and a contusion on the left side of her forehead.  The Victim was unable to open her left eye because it was swollen shut.  The Victim stated that her husband had struck her numerous times in the face with a closed fist while they were engaged in a verbal argument inside of their vehicle.

A 2022 red in color Subaru Ascent was recovered by Lancaster City Police on listed date at the listed location.  The vehicle was reported stolen by the victim, to Lititz Borough PD.  The Victim and Lititz PD did arrive at the location to recover the stolen vehicle.

Officers were dispatched to a Shots Fired call at listed location.  Witnesses stated that they heard a couple shots in the area and then saw a light colored sedan leaving the city on New Holland Ave.  One brass shell casing was located in the middle of the street and no strike marks were located.

A 2011 white in color Toyota Camry was recovered by Lancaster City Police on listed date. The vehicle was reported stolen by the victim in West Earl Township PD.  Vehicle was towed to West Earl Township PD.
