OCCURRED 09/21/22 1004HRS

R/P stated that she heard a single gunshot in the rear of her residence.  There is security camera that showed two individuals walking west in the alleyway during the time the shot was heard.  After viewing the video the Officer went out to the alleyway and located a single shell casing located west of listed location.  The single shell was collected and packaged into evidence.

OCCURRED 09/24/2022 1230HRS

R/P stated she laid her Apple iPhone 13 on the Halo Station game.  She moved on to several other games before she realized she did not have her phone.  She returned to the station and the phone was not there. She notified Round One staff who assisted her, but the phone was not able to be located.  There are no security cameras that cover the area where it had been left.  R/P stated the phone was in a black wallet case, which contained her Driver License, medical cards and numerous credit/debit cards.

A 2002 gray in color Dodge R15 that was parked in front of the listed location over night was believed to be stolen by two males that were seen in the area appearing to try opening vehicle doors. No cameras in the area and no known suspects at this time.

ASSAULT

OCCURRED 09/26/2022 2310HRS

Officers responded to an Assault call where the Victim stated she had been assaulted by a group of 10 people.  The Victim stated she was attempting to move her vehicle that was parked illegally and was attempting to get the vehicle towed.  Victim stated while she was waiting in a friend’s vehicle, one of the males came over and placed a blunt on her hair through the open sunroof and laughed about it. The Victim stated that the group threw water bottles at her which she threw back at them. The Victim stated that after she threw the water bottle back to the group, a H/F rushed out of the house and punched her multiple times all about her head and body and pulled her by her ankles along the pavement.  The Victim sustained multiple scrapes on her lower back for which she was transported to a local hospital for treatment.  Officers conducted a follow up at the location where the assault happened. This is an ongoing investigation.

A 2002 gray in color Dodge R15 was recovered on the listed date and time by Lancaster City Police.  The vehicle was reported stolen on 9/25/2022 by owner.  Ongoing Investigation.
