Djuma Shabani, 48, of the 600 block St Joseph St, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with Simple Assault Domestic Violence after officers responded to the listed location for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officer observed the victim laying on the floor with obvious swelling and redness to the left side of her face.

Reporting person stated his Blue Toyota Sienna was parked to the rear of the property on a private parking pad. He stated someone had stolen the license plate and the screws that secured it to the vehicle.

R/P stated he parked his CT Aggressor Pro grey with blue/orange trim at the listed location before work.  R/P stated that he used a bike chain wrapped through a wheel and the bike frame to disable the bike, but was not locked to any fixed object.  R/P stated at 2242hrs he noticed that the bike was missing.

Douglass Michael Butt of 800blk Third St., Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Personal Possession of Marijuana, and Public Drunkenness after being observed by the charging Officer standing in the middle of the roadway.  The Subject was advised numerous time to get out of the street, but he remained in the roadway and appeared to be lethargic and swaying back and forth.  The Subject was then arrest for PD and during search incident to arrest the drug paraphernalia and plastic ziplock bag containing marijuana were found on his person.

R/P stated that while she was taking the garbage out, an unknown person(s) stole the tip jar that contained money.  There is no video footage or witnesses to this incident.

OCCURRED 09/19/22 0033HRS

Officers responded to a Shots Fired at listed location where they made contact with witnesses and other occupants. No injuries were reported and the suspect left the area prior to police arrival.  It was determined that the Suspect had left with a women and their child.  Before the Suspect left he became upset with the R/P and retrieved a handgun from his vehicle.  The Suspect then fired a shot in the air and then left the arear.  Ongoing Investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the area but were unable to locate any evidence of a shots fired incident. Several neighbors in the area reported hearing shots, but could not tell where they were coming from.  Ongoing Investigation.

R/P stated that a package that was delivered by Amazon which contained headphones and a derma face roller was stolen from the apartment vestibule.

Nickolas Joseph Peters, unknown address was arrested and charged with Possession Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness after Officers were dispatched to a disturbance involving a drunk male trying to break into an apartment.  While talking to R/P, the Suspect came down the stairs and was visibly intoxicated and had a bloody mouth, staggered gait, slurred speech and odor of alcohol on his person.  The arresting Officer placed the Suspect in handcuffs and spoke to the NOI who stated that the Suspect destroyed the house and wanted the Suspect to leave.  Once arrested and prior to being put inside the police vehicle the Suspect was searched by the Officer and a crack pipe was located in his left pocket.

Officers responded to the Home Depot for the report of a Retail Theft. Upon arriving the Officer spoke to the R/P who stated that just before calling police a white male wearing jeans and a white shirt concealed numerous utility knives on his person and then walked out of the store.  R/P stated when he tried to confront him he just ran through the parking lot. R/P does have video of the incident and stated he would email me the video for possible suspect ID. Ongoing Investigation.
