Reporting person who is employed at the listed location stated that an unknown suspect had taken (2) laptop computers and an android remote control belonging to an Audio/Video company that was there for a conference. Reporting person stated that the suspect was observed leaving the conference room with items concealed under his jacket and entering a service elevator. Suspect described as a white or Hispanic male wearing a baseball cap, blue jeans, light colored sneakers with red trim and a dark colored coast with “PENN STATE’ on the back. Ongoing investigation.

Reporting Person / Victim came into the Lancaster City Police Station to report a theft. Victim reported she received a Facebook notification stating someone logged into her account from an unusual device location and logged out two minutes later. Victim then received a Facebook message from a person she did not know stating one of the cards she gave them did not work. Victim then discovered an unauthorized sum of money was transferred from her bank account. Victim filed a complaint with her bank.

Reporting Person / Victim came into the Lancaster City Police Station to report a theft. Victim stated she works part time as an Uber driver and uses a GOBANK debit card that Uber offers which works like any other debit card. Victim reported an unauthorized EFT transaction on her GOBANK card on the listed date. Victim filed a complaint with GOBANK.

Reporting person/victim stated he was on the first block of E Orange St. when a silver or beige Toyota was westbound on E Orange St. and almost struck a female pedestrian. Reporting person/victim stated he put his arms out like "what are you doing". The driver, a black male mid 20s with short hair, exited the vehicle and punched him one time in the face. The suspect got back into the vehicle and drove away. Investigation ongoing.

It was reported that a H/M aprrox 5’0” thin build, wearing a black coat, black ball cap with bright green design, beard, glasses and nose rings in both sides of his nose approached the Piercing Pagoda and asked to see several different pieces of jewelry. R/P stated the male was looking at a 10 karat gold 18” rope chain necklace, a 14 karat gold 22” rope chain necklace with a 10 karat gold cross charm. The male asked if he could try on the chains and when R/P looked away briefly, the male fled with both chains and charm. Male was last seen running towards the Fountain shops entrance and excited the mall. Ongoing Investigation.

Reporting person advised a white female approximately 30 years of age was observed placing loot in her pockets and exiting the store. She was then escorted back into the store. She admitted to stealing and not having any money. Suspect was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person/victim stated that her domestic partner woke her up and punched her with two closed fists, about her face and neck at least 10 times. Victim sustained swelling to her eye, abrasions under her jaw and redness about her neck. As a result of this incident, Jose Severino 39, 400 block of Manor St, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault (F).

On 02/28/2020 the customer/suspect came back into the store, jumped the pharmacy counter and hit the reporting person/victim. The suspect was cited for DC and Harassment and was banned from the store.
