The victim heard his dog barking and went to investigate and saw a unknown male described as 6’, stocky build, wearing a blue or green jacket with a hood, and dark colored pants fleeing over the fence.

R/P stated while in his basement cataloging books, his dog woke up and ran upstairs and began barking loudly. R/P stated he then heard a crash as he was walked up the stairs. R/P then saw a male approx. 6ft tall, stocky build, wearing a blue or green jacket with a hood and dark color pants running south over the fence. R/P then stated that the screen on the rear window was taken off. Ongoing Investigation.

Officers responded to a Shots Fired call at the listed location. R/P stated he heard shots and his girlfriend advised him that she saw some of the muzzle flash and two subjects running south in the alley behind the location. Officers checked the surrounding areas and were unable to locate any evidence of a shooting. No further action taken by the Officers.

Victim stated he parked his vehicle in front of the contractors entrance at listed location between the listed times. Victim then stated that when he turned on the vehicle he noticed it was louder then normal. Victim stated he then checked under the truck and it was missing the Catalytic Converter. Officer then went inside Home Depot to speak to Loss Prevention to request the video footage, but was not able to do to the person not being at the location. Ongoing Investigation.

On the above listed date and time, officers responded to the listed location for a shots fired call. Officers located shell casings and damage caused by the shots. A subject observed two male suspects in the area. The suspects were acting suspiciously and when they spotted the subject in his vehicle they began to fire at the vehicle before fleeing the area. The suspects were described as wearing beanies and masks. No further description.

On the above listed date between the listed times, a red 2005 Jeep Liberty was stolen from the listed location. Officers were late reported to a Hit and Run call in which the vehicle was involved. The vehicle was later recovered with extensive damage on Almanac St and towed away. The vehicle appears to had been involved in a hit and run reported in a prior incident.

Cordero was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Elijah Eugene Cauthen, 29, of the 2900 block Harris Houston Road, Charlotte NC and Joseph Anthony Morales , 26, of the 500 block Reynolds Avenue, Lancaster PA were at the listed location on the listed date between the listed times. While at the listed location Morales punched the victim in the face multiple times causing injury. When officers arrived, they found Cauthen at the center of the disturbance and asked him to calm down. Cauthen ignored the requests made by officers and both physically and verbally interfered with the investigation while resisting arrest. Cauthen became combative with officers while being placed under arrest. Morales was arrested and charged with Simple Assault and Cauthen was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Obstructing Administration Of Law, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrested of Other Law Enforcement.
