She had her wallet sitting in the cart and she went to go get it and found it was missing. She went and checked with the employees to see if anyone turned in the wallet but they said that no one had turned any in.

The suspect accompanied by a Hispanic Male paid the victim and left with the PlayStation in a white sedan unknown make. When victim check the cash given to him by the suspect he noticed it was counterfeit. The suspect was describe as Black male one 25-35.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time he was unloading groceries into his apartment building leaving his book bag on the side walk adjacent the building and forgot to take it inside when he was done. When the victim noticed the book bag missing later that afternoon, the bag was no longer where he had placed it. The bag contained his medicine and cash.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time Alejandro Jose Rodriguez, 19, Homeless, had climbed over the locked ten foot tall wrought iron gate. Once inside the location Rodriguez trashed the location dumping garbage cans over, removing decorative candles from their metal sconces, spraying bug spray on the windows and urinated on the floor. Rodriguez was arrested and charged with Burglary.

Reporting persons stated that they had heard 5-6 shots. They also reported after they heard the shots they saw two males in black clothing run north up the alley to the 500 block West Orange Street. Officers retrieved five casings at the listed location.

Victim stated he and his girlfriend were skateboarding in Holly Pointe Nature Preserve park (location) when they decided to take a walk in the woods, leaving their longboards up against a tree. Victim stated that they were gone for approx. 25 - 30 minutes and when they came back from their walk, the listed loot was gone. Victim was unable to provide me with any suspect information. There are no known cameras that cover the park.

Officers responded to a recovered stolen parking meter that was inside a trash can in the rear of 500blk N. Queen St. Witness stated that on the listed date and time he and friend observed approx. 6 unknown race teenage males wearing dark clothing, pushing a blue wheeled trash can. Witness stated he thought they may have taken the trash can for someone so they followed them. They observed the teens discard the trash can beside the Turkey hill and left in unknown direction. Witness stated that he then wheeled the trash can to the rear of his residence, but did not look inside it until the next day. Witness stated when he looked inside he discovered the parking meter and called the Lancaster Parking Authority. Ongoing Investigation.

Nicklos D McRae, 21, of the 600 block Union Street, Lancaster PA was stopped for a speeding violation. McRae was found to be under the influence and driving with a suspended license. A search of the incident found McRae to be in possession of controlled substances. As a result McRae was arrested and charged with DUI, Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving while Operating Privileges Suspended and Driving at Unsafe speeds.
