Meet the newest addition to our K9 Unit!

Officer Alex Hartman and K9 Blitz officially graduated from the Iron Rose K9 Academy this month and are ready to hit the streets.

K9 Blitz is a 1.5-year-old Belgian Malinois who came to us all the way from the Netherlands. He’s trained as a dual-purpose police dog and specializes in firearms detection, as well as patrol work. This new team will be an asset on patrol and in our community. We’re proud to welcome them to active duty. Please join us in welcoming Officer Hartman and K9 Blitz as they begin their service together!
