****Update February 21st, 2023 at 1:40 pm****

On Monday, February 20th, 2023 Detective Ryan Burgett and additional members of the Criminal Investigative Division of the Lancaster City Bureau of Police located the listed subject, Kaeden Wynn, male, 18 years of age, in a residence on the first block of N. Plum St. in the city of Lancaster. On the night of January 26th, 2023 following the initial incident, Wynn was found to be in possession of a 9mm polymer P80 "ghost" gun. Mr. Wynn was not involved in the actual shooting that occurred, but did encounter police officers in the aftermath of the assault. 

After additional investigation detective Burgett charged Wynn with one count of Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License (F3) before District Justice Andrew Lefever. A warrant had been issued for Wynn's arrest. Wynn was subsequently arraigned and remanded to Lancaster County Prison on $100,000.00 bail. 

Detective Burgett and his colleagues continue to investigate the shooting incident. Any persons with information regarding this investigation are urged to contact the Bureau of Police at 717 735-3300. 

All persons accused of a crime are presumed innocent. 

****Update January 27th 2023 at 9:05 am****

Four shooting victims arrived at a local hospital via private means. All four had suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The Bureau does not believe this was a random act and does not believe the public is in danger.

On Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 2108 hours, Officers from the Lancaster Bureau of Police responded to the 500 block of N. Franklin Street for a reported shooting.
