On 7 December 2022  during the early morning hours the pictured subject was captured on private camera attempting to gain access to vehicles in the 700 block of Columbia Ave.  The pictured subject was able to gain entry into at least one vehicle and remove personal property of the owner.  If you are able to identify the subject please contact Det.
