Officers from Platoon D and EMS responded to 200 blk. S. Ann St. for a report of a shooting.
Officers found an adult male with a single gun shot wound to the lower torso.
The patient was transported to the hospital by EMS.
Officers established a crime scene perimeter, looked for evidence, canvassed for witnesses and additional victims as well as locating potential surveillance video locations.
Officers are working to obtain suspect information. We will release more information once we have it.
