On 13 April, 2023 at approximately 10:30 am  the Lancaster City Bureau of Police Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU), with the assistance of Lancaster City Bureau of Police Criminal Investigative Division (CID) executed a search warrant at 547 Juniata St. During the search approximately 25.5g of Cocaine, three loaded firearms, suboxone sleeves, Marijuana edibles/gummies, packaging material and $1,160.00 (US currency) were seized. One of the firearms, a 9mm Ruger semi-auto handgun, was later found to be stolen out of Manheim Twps. Police Department's jurisdiction. As a result two suspects linked to the residence were arrested. Marcus Beckham, male, resident of Lancaster City, was subsequently charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver (Cocaine), Criminal Conspiracy, Person not to Possess a Firearm, Receiving Stolen Property (handgun), Possession of Suboxone, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Tyree Smith-Parker, female, resident of Lancaster City, was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver (Cocaine), Criminal Conspiracy, Receiving Stolen Property (handgun), Possession of Suboxone, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  

All persons accused of committing a crime a presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
